Daily buffet Breakfast for hotel clients is served from 7.30 – 10.00 a.m. in Toninni Enoteca Wine Bar and Restaurant. A la carte breakfast menu is also available.

Idea without action is a dream ... We made the dream come true by opening family run Italian Restaurant L´Enoteca Toninni in the Lesser town few meters under the stairs of Prague Castle.
- Life brought me few years ago into the southern region of Puglia in Italy and it was love at first sight Literally ... I love Italy, cooking and gastronomy has been long time passion for me and on this subject I could talk for hours. With my partner Giuseppe, that is from Puglia we started to produce extra virgin olive oil under our brand TONINNI and gradually matured in us the idea of a family restaurant that could proudly represent mainly Mediterranean cuisine and traditional recipes of Puglia.
- Since April 2012, we opened a family business, where either in the kitchen with or in restaurant spend all our time. Giuseppe is always looking for new quality products in Puglia if it is cheese, salami or sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and fresh mozzarella or burrata for cooking, or for the ever-growing group of customers we import on order.
- We prepare food so that those who come from Italy, find what could expect home. For those who have just returned from Puglia, we refresh their memories and maybe have a small talk about the region and last but not least to inspire future visitors ....
- We import wines that proudly represent Puglia from south to north. From beautiful Negroammaro, sharper Primitivo di Puglia, through Nero di Troia and Aleatico to magnificent Aglianico del Vulture.
- For lovers of white wine we chose fine Chardonnay from Salento, classy Falanghina of Molise or fresh Verdeca Or would you like a glas of rosé?. First Rosé wine was made in Apulia...
